Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We only sell items that we have in stock and never take pre-orders through this site. We ship at least twice a week, often more frequently. We use a range of delivery services for both domestic and international orders selecting them to achieve an appropriate balance of reliability, speed and price. We will only ship using tracked services.
To keep things simple we apply flat rate shipping. No matter how many puzzles you buy the shipping rate will remain the same.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All of our items are shipped from the UK and we do not take any responsibility for local import duties and taxes that may be applicable for the country of delivery. Nor can we be responsible for any delays or failure to deliver resulting from the holding of goods by customs, border or other similar agencies. Packages to the UK and North America will always be sent by express services, for the rest of the world, including Europe, we will select the most appropriate shipping service for your country.
RETURNED PACKAGES
In the event that packages we will attempt re-delivery. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if the original delivery failed as a result of you not being available to receive or collect any package.
