Who Dares Wins

Update 22 August 2024

We are going to start sending out invoices in the next day or two. We know the end of the month is not the perfect time for everybody to be spending money so we will extend the payment period for reserved puzzles to midnight September 6.  We will continue to take reservation emails and offer the introductory pricing until that date. Shipping will commence on Tuesday 27th August after the bank holiday weekend, we are planning to ship in payment order.

Haleslock 6 meets Two Brass Monkeys

What is it?

Who Dares Wins is a collaboration with Shane Hales of HalesPuzzles.com. 

A while back Shane showed us a prototype of Haleslock 6, a modified Rim Cylinder lock with Shane's signature engraved on the face.

It needed a container, shipping with a door was impractical. 

Steve and Ali created a slim brass and black anodized aluminium container for Shane's lock.  The end goal is simple, open the container and find the golden padlock.

When will it be ready?

We have completed manufacture of all the parts and assembled a handful.  We expect to be completing the first, and only, production run over the next month or so. Can't say exactly when, we are all busy chaps, who are easily distracted. But probably soon. Ish.

What it will cost

The final sale price will be £225 with a special launch price of £195. Shipping will be at standard TBM flat rates. (UK free, Europe £12, US/Canada £29, Rest of World £32)

How to reserve one

At this stage we are not taking orders, nor cash,  but instead taking "reservation requests". If you would like a copy of "Who Dares Wins" simply send an email to info@twobrassmonkeys.com letting us know.

When we have puzzles ready to ship we will send you an invoice for the special launch price of £195 plus shipping. If you pay within one week we will ship the puzzle to you, otherwise the reservation will be released.

The list will close when we are ready to ship or when all available puzzles have been reserved. Whichever comes first. We do not intend to remake this puzzle but are, hopefully, making a large enough batch to satisfy demand.

If reservations for Who Dares Wins or any other puzzle exceeds supply they will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.
